Tiffany Derry Featured at Wine Poste
Today the Wine Poste announced the next chef in its continuing series of Chef’s Dinners. Joining the Wine Poste on August 8th will be the talented Chef Tiffany Derry. The evening will begin with a Champagne reception at 7pm, followed by an elaborate five-course feast with wine pairings at the Wine Poste’s communal table.
Chef Tiffany has worked in some of the best kitchens in Dallas, including Go Fish Ocean Club and Private | Social. Under her leadership, Private | Social earned a four-star review from The Dallas Morning News, and Tiffany was also named one of the “Best Chefs in DFW.” Fans of Bravo’s Top Chef will recognize Tiffany from her appearance on Season 7, where she was voted “fan favorite” and earned a spot in the competition’s final four. Tiffany’s talent and charm made her a natural choice for the following season of Top Chef: All-Stars, where she was again a finalist.
The chef’s personality and cooking style fit perfectly with the Wine Poste. Based in the Dallas Design District, the Wine Poste is a new twist on retail and online wine sales, and the 4,500 square foot space strikes a balance between comfort and elegance. In addition to providing a well-curated selection of wine for sale, the Wine Poste features ample space for wine tastings, dinner parties and other events.
The chef’s dinner with Tiffany Derry will take place August 8th and will cost $110 per person, which includes five courses and wine pairings. Space is limited, so reservations are required.
